This policy explains how Brandon Lucariello d/b/a CMMC Kits ("we") handles information collected through cmmckits.com.
What we collect
- Email address — if you request the free checklist or join our list.
- Order information — when you buy, our checkout provider collects your name, email, and payment details to process the sale and deliver the product. We receive order and contact details but do not store your full payment-card information.
- Basic technical data — standard server/analytics data (e.g., IP, browser) for security and to understand site usage.
Service providers
We use third parties to operate the business, who process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms: Gumroad (checkout, payment processing, and digital delivery — acting as merchant of record), Cloudflare (website hosting/security), our email/newsletter provider, and our video host. Payment processing and sales-tax handling are performed by our checkout provider.
How we use it
- To deliver products and updates you purchased or requested;
- To send the email course/newsletter you opted into (you can unsubscribe anytime);
- To operate, secure, and improve the site; and to comply with law.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above as needed to run the business, or where required by law.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you may request access to or deletion of your information by emailing support@cmmckits.com. The site is intended for business users 18+.
